Progress!

I just weighed in and I have lost 5 lbs!!

So happy! This is the first time in a long time I have seen that number decrease!

It took me awhile to get up the nerve to get on the scale. I have been feeling so well fed, and I know that I am taking a fairly liberal approach with my choices. I was worried that I might not be losing. But I am! Yay!
