Another two pounds! That brings me down to 16 lbs lost since March 25. Really amazing, because I celebrated my birthday last week and also went to a festival where the food options were mostly not low-carb. I got through pretty well though, with only one late night flatbread lapse. That made me bloat up pretty good the next day – ugh! A couple of extra cocktails as well, which I know is part of why the weight loss has slowed down this last week or so. I tried to only eat two large meals each day during the weekends, which I think helped…
