Another 2 lbs! I am now at 18 lbs less than when I started on March 25th. It would seem that my rapid weight loss phase is done, and I have settled into a slow, but steady phase. Ideally I hope to continue at the rate of 1 to 2 lbs a week for the next 8 months or so, eventually getting back down into the 100s again. I continue to feel better with each pound that comes off. I have noticed that my clothes are fitting much more comfortably, and I have more energy. I am sleeping better and feel sharper mentally during the day. So many benefits! and I’m still not hungry!
