I’m back from my web search and I have found enough LCHF / Ketogenic soup recipes to last me a good long while! I have decided to start with this one:

Creamy Broccoli and Leek Soup and to make sure it fills me up until dinnertime, I am going to pair it with these Egg Muffins.

Dinners this week will be our old favorite quesadilla standby. I’ve got to spend my kitchen time perfecting my soup making skills!

Here’s a gadget that I can’t recommend enough if you plan to make a lot of creamy soups. I have mentioned how much I hate doing dishes. With this immersion blender, you can blend your soup right in the pot! No taking apart and cleaning food processor/blender parts! Just the one spindle to clean and you are done.

Please note: I am not a doctor or nutritionist. While this LCHF and ketogenic diet experiment has worked well for me so far, your mileage may vary. This diet needs to be balanced correctly, in order to avoid potential side effects. It is always a good idea to discuss any major health decisions with your doctor before getting started.
