I’m back on track! I’m 2 lbs down, for a total of 22lbs lost since I started on March 25th!
The more I experience this new way of life the more I think that sleep is a key component (at least for me) to keeping the weight loss moving. Getting caught up this past week, I feel like my the engine has been restarted.
I’m sure that cutting back down to my one glass of wine didn’t hurt matters either-haha!
