Last week’s soup for lunch experiment was a great success! I was able to comfortably go from lunch to dinner without feeling the least bit hungry! And soup made fresh, with fresh ingredients makes me never want to go back to the can ever again! Win-win!
We just enjoyed this zesty soup/cheesy waffle combination for lunch and they were fantastic, and filling! Kind of like the old tomato soup/grilled cheese combo you loved as a kid, but all grown up, gourmet, and low carb!

Please note: I am not a doctor or nutritionist. While this LCHF and ketogenic diet experiment has worked well for me so far, your mileage may vary. This diet needs to be balanced correctly, in order to avoid potential side effects. It is always a good idea to discuss any major health decisions with your doctor before getting started.
