On a soup kick

Just whipped up a big pot of delicious Garlic Cauliflower Bacon Soup for my work lunches this week! Last week, I made a double batch of Cheesy Keto Waffles and froze them. They look to be thawing successfully, and I plan to toast them. Looking forward to enjoying these in the coming week!
