I lost one more pound last week, which is remarkable since I attended a weekend-long wedding and did not exactly stick to my usual regimen… 😉 That puts me at 238, or 30 lbs down from when I started on March 25th! 30 lbs!!!
A couple of weeks ago, I started noticing that I was having to stop and hitch up my jeans every few minutes. This had been happening for awhile, but it sort of crept up on me…until I finally realized that the situation had become ridiculous!
Back when this weight went on, it happened quickly. I did not expect to keep it on (though it took me awhile to figure out which path would work for me). So, as I grew out of clothing, I stashed it away in hopes it would still be useful on my way back down the scale.
This past weekend, my efforts were rewarded! I broke out the stash and I am now very comfortably wearing my next-size-down jeans (and a few other items as well)! Between that, and reaching the 30lb mark, I am more than motivated to keep on going!
