Another pound lost, for a total of 31 pounds less than when I started on March 25th! And even more encouraging, another 1/2 inch off of my waist!
With the cooler fall weather finally here, I have been more active outdoors, which could be why I am seeing a drop in my waist measurement that is proportionally larger than what the scale is reporting… Regardless, I am glad that I have started tracking both ways!
