I am always on the lookout for new LCHF and Ketogenic recipes to try. Here’s this week’s best find: Cheesy Green Beans and Bacon!
We enjoyed this quick and easy side dish with a roasted chicken and topped off the plate with some tasty Russian dressing. Delicious! This side dish would also work well with Thanksgiving turkey, for those celebrating the holiday in a few weeks.
I’m thinking that this is another dish that could be tweaked with different types of cheese. I’ll bet either some smoked gouda or blue cheese would be pretty great substitutions to this dish. Additional ideas welcome!

Please note: I am not a doctor or nutritionist. While this LCHF and ketogenic diet experiment has worked well for me so far, your mileage may vary. This diet needs to be balanced correctly, in order to avoid potential side effects. It is always a good idea to discuss any major health decisions with your doctor before getting started.
