Cooking down the last of the tomato harvest. These will likely go into some soup later this week! The herbs and wild arugula are still looking good, and we will continue growing some salad greens in our cold frames. Generally we are able to harvest those through the holidays, provided they are not covered in snow! Today, we plant next year’s garlic, tuck it in under an insulating pile of fallen leaves and start planning next year’s garden!
