Another 2 pounds down for a total of 42 pounds less than when I started on March 25th! My 1 pound loss per week trend continues. Slow and steady.
I also measured another 1/2 inch off of my waist for a total of 6.5 inches since my starting point!
Intermittent fasting continues to go well, and has become habit at this point. As it turns out, I do not miss breakfast at all. On the weekends we will sometimes make omelets at lunchtime and call that “brunch,” but that is as close as I have come to breakfast this past month! 🙂
