A lonely worker tidies up an empty cereal aisle at our local grocery store.
I captured this with my phone last week when MM and I went grocery shopping. Granted, the store was not at peak busyness, but it was not anywhere near empty either! I saw the shot and actually went back a couple of minutes later to take it, and she was still all alone there, as shoppers cruised the other aisles.
Over the course of this last year or so, we have noticed that each month, this store stocks more of the specialty LCHF / Keto items that we are looking for — meaning we don’t have to make additional trips to specialty stores for hard to find ingredients. It would seem that at least in our area, foods that are specific to the LCHF, Keto, Primal and Paleo lifestyle are becoming more popular. And if this scene is any indication, cereal and sugary treats — not so much…
How about you? Have you noticed this trend where you live? How easy/difficult is it for you to get the ingredients that you need?

Please note: I am not a doctor or nutritionist. While this LCHF and ketogenic diet experiment has worked well for me so far, your mileage may vary. This diet needs to be balanced correctly, in order to avoid potential side effects. It is always a good idea to discuss any major health decisions with your doctor before getting started.
