Stuffed Mushrooms

Hi and thanks for stopping by! We love to entertain here at the Cabin, and so I have had lots of opportunities to experiment with LCHF / Ketogenic appetizers. Here’s one of my favorites:

MM doesn’t like mushrooms, so we also experimented with doubling the filling, and it is tasty as a simple spread on Keto Pita Crackers as well! No need to bake. Topped with an olive it becomes an entirely new appetizer! Two for one!
