Progress!

Another 6 pounds down since my last Progress report! I have now lost 60 pounds since March 25th, 2016! Whoo hoo! As I get closer to my goal, things are slowing down juuuust a touch to not quite 1 pound loss per week. Slow and steady… and sustainable.

I also measured another 1/2 inch off of my waist for a total of 7 1/2 inches lost since I started tracking!

I’m still finishing up my “summer of much work” here (yay!), but I’m starting to see some breathing room coming up. Time to discover and share some new recipes!
